OWNERS BONUS
Bonuses are payable to NSW Breeders Challenge/Trot NSW eligible and sustained horses.
2YO – $6,000 Bonus Certificate will be issued if won in a 2YO age specific race provided the win is in a race for 2YO horses only or any other race provided that the horse has been nominated for, and balloted out of, a 2YO race at that same meeting.
3YO – $3,000 Bonus Certificate will be issued upon the horse’s first win in NSW for the season, provided the win is in a race for 3YO horses only or any other race provided that the horse has been nominated for, and balloted out of, a 3YO race at that same meeting.
For 100% NSW Bred horses, an additional $3,000 True Blue Cash Bonus is payable to the Owner upon the horses first win in NSW as either a 2YO or 3YO. (As per conditions above for bonuses for NSW Breeders Challenge/Trot NSW eligible and sustained horses)
If a 4YO horse has not won a bonus as a 2YO or 3YO, a $3,000 Bonus Certificate is issued upon the horses first win in NSW.
Provided a 5YO and older horse has not won a bonus as a 2YO, 3YO or 4YO and the first win is in NSW in a race valued ≥$5,000, and the horse was sustained as either a 2YO or 3YO prior to 31st of August 2021, a $3,000 Bonus Certificate will be issued.
